When you get your password click on "Download the latest official release" and install the version for your computer. Then have a look at the "Documentation" link on the web site and in particular "Phenix programs and their functions" and "The Phenix graphical interface" to get an idea of how Phenix works. At the tutorial we will use data that is supplied with the Phenix program.
