- Regular - data in this column is from the regular/+/p strand of the genomic DNA.
- Complementary - data in this column is from the complementary/-/n strand of the genomic DNA.
- Terminators - all identified hairpins downstream of genes that exceed the ΔG cut off value (named as ALL in text).
- Greatest ΔG - the hairpin that is the best candidate to be a terminator (named as BEST in text). The Best are a subset of the ALL. For example, for a gene with >1 hairpin downstream of its stop codon, the Best structure is the one with the most negative ΔG value.
- L - canonical terminators' candidates (with a hairpin and U-trail).
- I - non-canonical terminators' candidates (with a hairpin but no U-trail).
- L greatest ΔG - "Best" canonical terminator.
- I greatest ΔG - "Best" non-canonical terminator.
- U - tandem terminators, where the hairpins are within 50bp of each other.
- V - where the second hairpin immediately follows the first one.
- X - structures present between 2 convergent genes.
Note: the individual hairpins of U, V and X could be either L- or I-shaped and one of the them may or may not be the Best structure for that gene.
Rawdata.zip - downloads a folder from which all the raw data files of a given genome can be extracted. The contents of the folder are explained in a README file provided within it.
Genome view - click to launch the TERMAP, the high resolution genome browser.
Figures - click to get a view on individual terminator structures.
Graphs - click to get graphs that display whole-genome profiles of the various types of terminators.
