This folder contains example files to run in IPAC server.

The user needs to enter PDB ID or upload only one file in PDB format. 
If user is uploading file then the file must contain crystallographic 
symmetry information and unit cell information.

Example submission:
Input file: 1CUK.pdb (downloaded from RCSB website - www.rcsb.org) or enter
		PDB ID: 1CUK.
Output information file: Compact.txt (the information of this file will be 
	displayed as a table in the result page of the server.)
Output structure file: QS1.pdb (the predicted protein assembly)
Output analysis information: A table with information of all the biological 
		interfaces as identified by the classifier.

Submit the job. For this particular PDB the server will take around 27 minutes.

The result page will show the protein assembly information in terms of quaternary states 
and chain composition. The result page will also contain a link to QS1.pdb file for 
downloading.
